What the plan means
The proposed office belongs to a broader Southeast Florida prospecting effort. Planning a presence and establishing a functioning operation are different stages. An office announcement, when there is one, should identify what is actually available and how visitors can make arrangements. A planned location should never be mistaken for an invitation to arrive in person.
What it does not establish
The plan does not establish local project ownership, approved developments, staffing levels or a completed transaction. It also does not transfer the Central and Southwest Florida experience described elsewhere into a claim of Southeast Florida results. The expansion page explains the research perspective behind this next chapter without treating intentions as achievements.
Contact before making arrangements
For now, start through the general professional contact route. State whether you want to discuss a local opportunity, a potential collaboration or an educational engagement. Include the relevant jurisdiction and your role. A first conversation can clarify fit; it is not an office appointment, acceptance of an engagement or a commitment to pursue a property.
