What I bring to the work

Real estate development is my profession. My perspective connects land and feasibility with project economics, coordination and operating responsibility. A promising concept needs evidence, a workable sequence and people who understand their part. Through River Business Corp, the development and sponsor platform, I focus on that business perspective rather than presenting every specialist's work as my own. Central and Southwest Florida form the geographic foundation of my experience.

What shapes my priorities

My faith is in Jesus Christ. I understand stewardship as responsibility for what has been entrusted to me, including time and relationships. Being a husband means treating marriage as a commitment that needs attention. Being a father means presence as well as provision. Being a son means gratitude and honor for my parents. Those convictions are standards against which to examine my choices, not a claim to have every answer.

I serve as Administrator and President of CBA Orlando, not as its pastor. Christian service is freely given. Paid professional education and consulting have separate purposes and scopes, without nonprofit endorsement.
