Choose by the decision in front of you

The resources answer different questions. A site checklist investigates whether a concept deserves further attention. A broker submission checklist helps describe what is actually being offered. The evidence register tests support for a market claim, while the budget checklist checks whether costs have been omitted.

They are working structures available directly on their pages. You can copy the fields into your own document; a missing download does not prevent using the guidance.

Build a small decision file

For example, an advertised rent belongs in the evidence register as an asking figure. Uncertainty about achieving that rent becomes a risk with a verification action; it should not silently become collected income in the model.

  • Begin with a dated description of the customer, proposed use and property or search area.
  • Create an evidence record for each claim that materially affects the recommendation.
  • Transfer unresolved issues with real consequences into the risk register.
  • Check development cost separately from ongoing operating expenses and financing obligations.
  • Summarize the next action in a preliminary decision brief, including what would make you stop.

Use the limits productively

No checklist approves a parcel or substitutes for qualified legal, design, environmental, tax or financing work. A completed field means the issue is documented, not necessarily resolved.

If you need foundational instruction, explore the proposed course. For a business discussion, a consulting inquiry should identify a proposed scope and question without sending sensitive documents. Any engagement would require mutual agreement and appropriate professional boundaries.
