What the foundation is designed to teach
Follow the connection between customer demand, site control, feasibility, economics, execution, operations and capital. The proposed format contains eighteen lessons across six online learning days and a 120-minute live conclusion, including the final 45 minutes of questions and answers. Written curriculum exists; this is not a claim that recordings or enrollment are available.
The intended output is a preliminary Developer’s Decision Brief explaining a recommendation and its uncertainties, with supporting calculations and an evidence log.
One case, several defensible conclusions
Blueprint Court is a fictional twelve-unit rental development. Learners would use the same classroom assumptions, so disagreements can be traced to evidence, calculations or decision rules. Private contracts, personal financial statements and actual opportunities are unnecessary.
An attractive estimated value cannot resolve an unverified utility connection. A supported recommendation to investigate that issue, revise the concept or decline can demonstrate sound judgment.
Readiness and current status
The course remains in development and interest-only. Tuition, dates, access terms and delivery arrangements have not been approved for publication. Explore the curriculum and sample lesson before making an inquiry; there is no purchase or reserved seat on this page.

- Practice explaining operating cash and funding gaps in ordinary language.
