Keep evidence in its proper scope

Prefer original public sources for planning rules, flood information and economic data. State the relevant geography and date when they matter. A county report does not prove demand for a specific parcel, and a national lending survey does not establish local loan terms. Separate historical observations from forecasts and explain the uncertainty behind a preliminary conclusion.

Identify examples and images honestly

Blueprint Court is a fictional teaching case. It must not appear as a completed project, a current quote or evidence of results. Photographs and illustrations need permission and captions appropriate to what they show. A decorative image cannot substantiate experience. Project stories require verified roles and facts, with private information and other people's contributions handled carefully.

Make corrections traceable

To report an error, send the page address, the disputed statement and a reliable source or explanation. A correction should address the claim itself rather than quietly turning an old statement into an apparent prediction. Translation should preserve the same qualifications across English, Spanish and Portuguese. Public research and teaching remain distinct from a technical opinion or an agreed professional engagement.
