The session’s purpose

The planned Day 7 lasts 120 minutes in total, with the final 45 minutes included for questions and answers. The preceding portion would connect a Blueprint Court walkthrough, downside exercise, short break and decision-brief discussion. Scheduling and delivery details remain unapproved while the course is in development.

Learners explain why their recommendation follows from their assumptions. Agreement with the instructor is not the objective; a supported decision to revise or decline deserves consideration.

Prepare a question that can be answered

Bring the fictional case brief, one unresolved learning question and one assumption you are least confident about. A useful question names the relationship you do not understand: for example, why greater refinance proceeds might accompany lower recurring cash flow.

  • State the assumption and where it appears in the brief.
  • Explain what you currently think it means.
  • Identify what change would alter your recommendation.
  • Ask which evidence or calculation would resolve the uncertainty.

Keep the room educational

Blueprint Court is entirely fictional. Do not bring confidential records, identify private counterparties, promote deals or seek investor commitments. Questions requiring legal, tax, lending or design conclusions belong with the appropriate qualified professional.

After the exercise, revise the brief instead of merely collecting notes. Record what changed, why and one bounded evidence-gathering action. Interest in the proposed workshop does not create a booking or entitlement to individual advice.
