Who is the proposed course for?
It is a foundation for people who want to understand how development decisions connect. Familiarity with property can help, but the learning task is to explain evidence and assumptions, not display experience or personal wealth. Someone seeking a transaction approval, financing commitment or advanced professional credential needs a different service.
A useful readiness test is to explain why a desirable location does not prove a particular rental concept is feasible. Consider customer alternatives, site rights, cost and operating obligations.
What work and materials are expected?
The proposed sequence contains eighteen lessons across six online learning days, followed by a 120-minute live session that includes the final 45 minutes of Q&A. Provisional study planning is 60–90 minutes per online day, with individual variation.
Every required assignment uses fictional Blueprint Court. You do not need to own land or disclose private contracts. The intended output is a preliminary decision brief supported by calculations, an evidence log and risk questions.
