A reading companion, not a finished product
The book concept follows the same discipline as the course: define the customer and opportunity, examine evidence, explain the economics and identify the next responsible action. There is no published release date, price, preorder, finished edition or approved access bundle on this page.
A written companion can support careful rereading. A paragraph about cash flow should send you back to the operating calculation, not persuade you to accept an unexplained return figure.
Practice active reading now
Use the public sample lesson as a short exercise. After reading, write a sentence for each of the following prompts without copying the lesson’s wording.
- The decision: what question is the developer trying to answer?
- The distinction: which two ideas are easy to confuse, such as land familiarity and enforceable control?
- The evidence: what document, observation or professional investigation would reduce uncertainty?
- The limit: what does this reading not establish about a real property?
- The action: what modest investigation would follow before a larger commitment?
Keep notes that can change
Record a source and observation date beside each outside claim you add. If a later source contradicts it, preserve the earlier note and explain the revision. That habit makes a decision brief more useful than a collection of memorable phrases.
Blueprint Court remains a fictional teaching case, not an approved project portfolio. The public resources already provide a place to practice; they do not require a book purchase. Course and book inquiries concern work in development, not products available for immediate delivery.
