06First principles
The first things I need you to understand.
Hard work does not sell itself here. Structure does.
You have seen someone with a worse product make more money. That is not injustice, it is information: whoever has the entity, the licence and the contract gets paid.
Getting paid is engineering, not luck.
It has a system, a process and a paper trail. You have learned far harder things than this; nobody showed you this one as a structure.
You do not need a partner who owns half of you.
You need the right entity, in your own name, with your own account and your own CPA. Separation is structural: it is how liability is contained.
Lowering your price does not fix a broken scope.
